I've received an award! My very first! Thank you! Thank you! This award means so much. I am so new to the blogging world and still have so much to learn. I hope everyone is enjoying my blog thus far. Any suggestions for improvements and comments from you are much appreciated. I wish I could blog more often, but with 3 children under the age of 5 I just try my best to post when I can.
Thanks Screamin' Mama for giving me the Kreativ Award. Everyone, please go check out Screamin' Mama's blog. I love how she writes. She tells it like it is. She makes me feel like she is having a conversation with me. She's like a blog reader's best girlfriend. Check her out!!

Cate,
thanks so much for thinking of me! I think we have a little too much in common after I read your 7 things...it's kind of eerie! ;)
Cute blog! congrats!
Thanks for the award!!!
I thought I was busy with a 7 & 9 year old! I can't imagine 3 under 5!
Where abouts are you in the GTA?
Thanks, Cate. Wow. I'm honored.
Would you kindly tell me what to do next other than passing on the award? Do I need to post the award logo on my blog or something?
Sorry to be so clueless. :)
Hi Leela, Cakebrain, Krista, and Kreativ Blog award recipients,
I'm so happy to hear from you. I've been following your blogs and I just love them - your writing style, the pictures and, of course, the food.
To get the award, just go to my blog at http://catesplate.blogspot.com. The award is on the top right corner of the page. Right-click and save the image to your computer. Then go to layout (I believe you're using Blogger,no?) and "add a gadget" then "picture". In the "Title" field you can type: "Award from Cate's Plate", in the "Link" field, type http://catesplate.blogspot.com, and in the "Image" field search you can use the "Browse" key to search for your saved award Jpeg. Then click save.
To pass on the award, you can use "My First Award" post as a template and replace links and names and links as needed. You list 7 things you love and pass the award on to 7 other bloggers you love.
Thank you for continuing to share your food experiences through your blogs. You are all my inspiration.
Send me your email address and I'll get the cookie recipe to you! :)
Congrats on the award! That is awesome!
Thank you for reading!
